Signature Bulit In double skin hood and body are constructed from 304 stainless steel guaranteeing maximum corrosion resistance against even the worst outdoor environments. Every part is constructed of stainless steel, including high grade stainless steel grill four burners and warming rack. The hybrid function includes a charcoal basket with the option to cook with Outback Coconut Shell Briquettes, allowing guests to enjoy that authentic charcoal flavour, with easier charcoal lighting using gas. Also inclues ceramic rear burner for rotisserie cooking with integrated with the Multi-Cooking Surface system the interchangeable grill can be switched to use a pizza stone, griddle, paella/skillet pan, etc or other Outback MCS cooking surfaces for extra versatility in your cooking experience. Signature 4 Burner Bulit-In is supplied with stainless steel hose located at the rear of the BBQ giving the option to hide the gas cylinder inside your BBQ structure with propane regulator.
