Hi, The Hotpoint PHVP62FLTK 60cm angled chimney hood must be installed with the underside of the hood positioned at least 45 cm above an electric or induction hob, or at least 65 cm above a gas hob, measured from the cooking surface to the lowest point of the hood, in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation requirements to ensure safe and proper operation.
Thank you.
Question from Mini: Asked on 09/11/2025 How we can clean the filter, don’t know how we can open it
Hi, to clean the filter on your chimney hood, simply slide down the filter access and remove the metal grease filter. Please note that the anti-grease filter must be cleaned once a month (or when the filter saturation indication system, if any, indicates the need for it), with non-aggressive detergents, either by hand or in a dishwasher at a low temperature and on a short cycle. When cleaned in the dishwasher, the metal grease filter may discolour, but its filtering characteristics remain unchanged. Thank you.
