Hi Victoria,Yes, the Hotpoint PPH60PFNB gas hob can be installed above a built-in oven as long as the oven is designed for under-hob installation and has proper ventilation or a cooling fan. There is no fixed universal clearance between the hob and oven, but sufficient airflow must be maintained as specified in the manufacturer’s installation instructions, typically achieved within a standard 600mm oven housing.Thanks!
