Catalytic Cleaning
Catalytic lining absorbs grease and when the oven is heated to 200ºC deposits are softened and can then simply be wiped away.

Yes as it doesn't come with the wiring, and needs to be done by a gas safety registered engineer, to ensure the certification of the gas is correct.
