Hi Tracy, the middle shelf is best for most cooking and baking, as it gives the most even heat distribution. For grilling, use a higher position, and for crisping the base of dishes, a slightly lower position can be used. Thank you.

The appliance includes a 1-metre power cable, but the necessary plug is not supplied. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance with UK electrical regulations.

Hi,No, the Russell Hobbs RHFEO7004B electric oven does not come with a 13A plug and requires hardwiring by a qualified electrician. It has a power load of 2.1kW and needs a 13A fuse, but must be connected to a dedicated cooker circuit with a 32A rated double pole switch using 6mm² cable. Using a 13A plug and socket is unsafe and will void the warranty. Installation must comply with safety regulations, including earthing and connection to a 220-240V~50Hz-60Hz AC supply, and should be done under a countertop or in cabinets.Thanks!
