Hi, The ElectriQ VS8-1800-2.4WW electric radiator is a single radiator with a total heat output of 2.4?kW (2400?W). It uses two internal elements of 1.2?kW each to make up the total output, but the unit as a whole is rated at 2.4?kW.

Does the 180 m include the thermostat or is that the height of the panels only?
Hi Zoe,You should not install the radiator so that it covers the plug socket, because the plug must remain accessible for safety and maintenance. The listed height of 180?cm refers to the total height of the radiator, including the thermostat, so the thermostat does not add extra height. If your current socket would be blocked, you should either move it higher, install a surface-mounted socket above the radiator, or have the radiator hard-wired into a fused spur by a qualified electrician.Thanks!
