This boiling water tap comes with a physical manual for installation (Professional installation is still advised) a boiling water tank and a two water filters (one for the boiling hot water and one for the filtered cold) to reduce limescale and bacteria build up in the tank, also producing cleaner great tasting water. To maintain warranty, you should replace your boiling water tap's filters every 3 - 6 months depending on usage, you should only use the filters recommended on the tap you bought and listed in the tap's description. Never use abrasive cleaning agents to clean this product. Agents containing chlorine, bleach or hydrochloric acid as this can damage product and finish. Clean regularly with warm water and a damp cloth.
