Question from Dariusz: Asked on 08/02/2026 Hi, which is the entrance for hot and cold water?
Thank you
Hi Dariusz,For the Zana Chrome Thermostatic Douche Shower / Bidet Spray Kit (model ZANACHTDK), the hot water inlet is usually on the left and the cold water inlet is on the right of the thermostatic valve. The valve mixes both supplies to deliver water at a stable, set temperature, so it’s important to connect them correctly. Always check for H and C markings on the valve to be sure. Thanks!
