HI Rachel,You can install the Miele DAS2920 90?cm telescopic canopy cooker hood above a 1?m induction hob and conceal it entirely within a bespoke cabinet so that it’s only visible from below, as long as you maintain the **minimum 450?mm clearance from the hob** and allow enough space inside the cabinet for **ventilation, ducting, and access for servicing**.Thanks!

Hi, yes, you can use a carbon filter without the ducting option. The hood is designed to operate in both ducted and recirculated (ductless) modes. To convert it to recirculated mode, you will need to use a compatible carbon filter. Thank you.
