Question from Karen: Asked on 25/09/2017 I am interested in buying this dehumidifier for my 500 year old listed cottage but if I place it on the landing I will have nowhere for it to permanently drain. Does the hose have to be used or can I use the tank and just empty regularly?
Thank you for your question, you can use the tank and empty regularly.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,

Question from Nash: Asked on 11/02/2014 Hi, it states that permanent drainage is provided does that mean that I will have to keep it near a drainage area or where else can it be kept
The pipe needs to feed into a drain (a sink is fine)
Question from Gareth: Asked on 08/11/2013 Hi,
Looking at this same unit on Ebay through yourselves and it states that it doesn't have a Ioniser or filter but on your main site it states it does have both.
Could you clarify if this unit has a Ioniser and a filter as I am thinking of getting this unit for my 1 bedroom bungalow.
Thanks
Question from Mary: Asked on 11/11/2012 Hi

Many thanks
Thanks
Question from Paul Wainwright: Asked on 08/01/2012 How can I be sure that I buy the latest model that has 80% energy-saving feature. That is to keep the machine switched off if the target humidity level is reached. And only switches on sample air every hour for five minutes to check if dehumidification is required. This feature which has been advertised by the manufacturer will be my reason to purchase this version of the DD8L
Question from Derek Johnson: Asked on 24/11/2011 It says that at the lowest setting the wattage is 30W; I assume that this should be 300W or is this a Fan Only setting?
