Hi Sarah, yes, this is a manual-defrost freezer, so it should be defrosted and cleaned at least once a year for optimal performance and hygiene. However, if you notice excess frost build-up or spills, it is best to clean and defrost it sooner. Thank you.

Hi,We don't have the internal dimensions for the EIQCHEST300 however it does have 299L storage volume. Temperature range 8c to 2c in fridge mode, -12c to -24c in freezer mode and -32c in fast freeze mode. Thanks!
