Question from Kevinj51: Asked on 03/07/2023 Can you reconfirm the location of the batteries for the LED lights for the knobs. In one post it mentions the compartment is inside the storage compartment and another post mentions the battery is in the knob itself. Having just purchased this bbq from you , can you confirm and add a link showing the procedure for replacing the batteries as it is not included anywhere in the instructions manual

The batteries for this model are inside the knobs - They are coin cells. Please see attached

Unfortunately keeping a gas bottle in a confined space can be quite dangerous if there happens to be a leak. I would recommend against this.

Yes you can - You can use a smoker box or simply wrap them in foil and place inside (For longer cooking times I would wet these with water first)
