Hi, To remove the detergent drawer for cleaning on your Hotpoint AntiStain 8kg washing machine (NSWM846WUK), first pull the drawer out fully. Press the small release tab located in the center of the drawer, then pull the drawer straight out. Once removed, you can rinse the compartments under warm water and clean any residue with a soft brush. Wipe inside the drawer cavity before sliding the drawer back in until it clicks securely into place.
