Hi Caroline,To set the freezer temperature on the Hisense 121?Litre Integrated Under Counter Fridge with Ice Box (RUR156D4AWE), open the fridge and use the electronic control panel. Press the Temp or freezer icon button to adjust the coldness — lowering the setting makes the freezer colder. If available, press and hold Super Freeze to quickly reach the coldest temperature for rapid freezing. On smaller under-counter models, the freezer temperature is linked to the fridge setting, so lowering the fridge temperature also cools the freezer. Allow up to 24 hours for the new temperature to stabilize.Thanks!

Hi,The Hisense RUR156D4AWE built-in fridge features a fixed door hinge, not a sliding one. While the door is reversible and can be installed to open either left or right, it mounts directly to the appliance rather than using sliding rails.Thanks!
