Hi, This is an evaporative air cooler, not a true air conditioning unit, so it does not use a compressor or refrigerant and will not cool a room in the same way an AC does. It works by pulling warm air through water-saturated pads to create a cooler airflow, which is most effective in well-ventilated spaces. It will help you feel cooler when you are in the direct airflow, but it is not designed to significantly reduce the overall room temperature like air conditioning.

Hi, The electriQ Storm 80L Industrial Evaporative Air Cooler is designed for large, open spaces such as workshops and warehouses. According to the manual, it has a very high airflow and an 80L water tank for long runtime, which is far more than a typical bungalow requires. Using it in small, enclosed rooms may be uncomfortable due to strong airflow, increased noise, and higher humidity. Its large size and weight also make it difficult to move or position indoors, so while it will technically cool a bungalow, it is oversized and not optimal for home use.
