Serious extraction, sensible running costs
The CD35LECOPLUS is the largest unit in our EcoPlus range – a low-energy dehumidifier built for five-bedroom homes and larger, conversions, and properties with a persistent damp or condensation problem.
It pulls up to 35 litres a day while drawing only 395 Watts – around 10.3p an hour to run at the current price cap. The intelligent humidistat keeps the compressor off whenever your room is already at the level you asked for, so it only works when it needs to, and built-in UV sterilisation and an ioniser treat the air as it passes through.
Wi-Fi control through the Tuya Smart app, a graphite finish that suits a living space rather than a garage, and a whisper-quiet 34dB on the lowest setting.
Laundry Mode
Runs continuously at full extraction until you stop it – roughly 41p for a four-hour load. Kinder to your clothes than a tumble dryer, and the moisture ends up in the tank rather than on your windows. Pop your washing within 1.5m of the unit for the fastest results.
Humidity indicator
Set any humidity level from 35% to 80% in 5% steps and the power-saving humidistat maintains it automatically. The colour-changing light strip on the front tells you how your room is doing at a glance – red above 70%, orange 60–70%, and green once you are below 60%.
Air purifying
UV sterilisation and an ioniser tackle airborne mould spores, bacteria and viruses, and can be switched on together or on their own. Purify Mode runs the fan without extracting, for when you want cleaner air but not a drier room. An optional HEPA and carbon filter (FIL-CDPROGM) clips magnetically into the back for anti-allergy and anti-odour.
Smart
Use the Tuya Smart app to change mode, humidity target and fan speed from anywhere, and to check your room's humidity before you get home. Schedule it around your routine or run it during off-peak hours when energy is cheaper. Link it to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for hands-free control – and there is a 24-hour timer on the panel too.
Sleep mode
Drops the fan to its lowest speed and turns every light off, taking the unit down to 34dB for overnight running. There are six fan speeds in all, from Quiet up to Turbo, so you can trade a little extraction for a little peace whenever you need to.
Portable & compact
A recessed top handle and four hidden castors mean a 35L machine can still be moved between floors and rooms easily. At just 36cm wide it tucks neatly against a wall – leave around 20cm of clearance for the best airflow.
Two ways to empty it
The 5 litre spill-proof tank slides out from the front and has a level window, so you can see when it needs emptying without pulling it out. When it is full the unit stops, flashes the indicator and beeps, then picks up where it left off as soon as the tank is back in place.
Continuous drainage
Not in for a while? Not a problem. Fit a drainage hose to the outlet on the back and the water runs straight into a sink, a drain or a larger container. With the hose connected the unit never stops for a full tank, so it keeps working whether you are there or not.
That makes it the setup of choice for a cellar, a garage, a utility room, a holiday home or a property left empty over winter – you can leave it running for weeks at a time and come back to a dry house rather than damp walls. It is worth doing at home too if you would rather not think about emptying a tank at all.
