Hi Sam,The 15-metre PIPEKIT12KM-15M is not pre-charged with refrigerant; it only contains the insulated copper pipework needed to connect the indoor and outdoor units, while any refrigerant is supplied in the air conditioning system itself and may need topping up by an installer if the pipe run exceeds the standard length.Thanks!

Hi, The 15?meter pipe kit for the iQool9 and iQool12 (PIPEKIT12KM-15M) only includes the copper refrigerant pipes with the correct diameters (1/4″ and 3/8″). It does not include a 15?meter electrical/control cable to connect the indoor unit to the outdoor condenser.
