Hi Jason,Yes, this unit requires a condensate drain pipe as well as the copper refrigerant pipes. The copper pipes carry the refrigerant between the indoor and outdoor units, while the condensate pipe removes the water produced by condensation from the indoor unit. Both are normally installed together during the fitting process.Thanks!

Hi, The Samsung AR70F09C1A does not include the refrigerant copper pipework as a supplied accessory. The manual specifies the maximum permitted pipe length for installation is up to 25m, but the required pipework length will depend on the distance between the indoor and outdoor units and will need to be supplied and fitted by the installer.
