Humidity indicator
The power-saving humidistat lets you set & maintain the perfect humidity automatically, and the clever traffic light humidity indicator lets you check your humidity levels at a glance (green is good!).
Air purifying
A combination HEPA & carbon filter comes as standard for anti-odour and anti-allergy - It's magnetic for easy installation! The UV sterilisation and ioniser further improve your air quality.
Smart
Use the smart app to schedule running times to your routine, have your clothes dry for your return home or run during off-peak times when energy is cheaper. Smart scheduling saves you money and energy. A manual 24-hour timer is also included.
Sleep mode
This handy mode disables the lights and sets the fans to quiet, perfect for night-time. The power and timer controls glow-in-the-dark, so you don't have to turn the lights on if you decide to turn it off.

Hi, The CD12PRO-LE’s built-in timer only allows a one-time delayed start or stop, so it can’t turn on and off automatically every night. For safe, recurring nightly operation, you can easily set a daily schedule using the Wi-Fi app — there’s no need for a smart plug, which the manual advises against for regular use.

Hi, For your electriQ Platinum CD12PRO-LE dehumidifier, the carbon filter should be vacuumed every 2–3 weeks to remove surface dust. The filter itself should be replaced approximately every 3 to 6 months, depending on use and air quality. You may need to replace it sooner if it starts to smell or appears heavily clogged. Please note that the carbon filter should not be washed with water, as this will damage it.

Hi, The ElectriQ Platinum CD12PRO-LE V4 dehumidifier has 6 fan speeds:
F1–F2: Quiet mode – for low noise operation.
F3–F4: Medium speed – balanced airflow and noise.
F5–F6: Turbo mode – maximum airflow for fast dehumidification.
When using Laundry mode, the unit automatically runs at the highest fan speed (F6) to remove moisture as quickly as possible.

Hi Anh, yes, when the room humidity is 2% lower than the desired humidity, the compressor will turn off automatically. Lastly, when the humidity of the room is equal to or higher than the desired humidity, the compressor will restart after a 3-minute delay to protect the compressor. Thank you.

Hi, The electriQ 12L Low-Energy Laundry Smart Dehumidifier does not require a drainage hose for regular use, as it features a built-in 12-liter water tank to collect moisture. The unit automatically stops operating when the water tank is full to prevent overflow. The water tank is easy to remove and empty manually. For continuous drainage, a hose can be connected, but this is optional and the hose is not included. Thanks!
